One Account Per Player

01 Introduction

03 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one Jetago account. When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. Providing false information during registration is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Jetago account credentials, including your username and password. Jetago will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify Jetago support immediately.

  • One account per person, per household, per device, and per payment method.
  • Account sharing is not permitted under any circumstances.
  • You must update your account information promptly if any details change.
  • Jetago may require additional verification documents at any point to confirm your identity.

04 Deposits

Jetago accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket — the three primary mobile money platforms used by players in Bangladesh. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed on the deposit page within your Jetago account and may be updated from time to time.

Deposits are credited to your Jetago account balance in real time in most cases. If a deposit does not appear within 15 minutes, you should contact Jetago support with your transaction reference number. Jetago is not responsible for delays caused by your mobile money provider.

  • All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name.
  • Third-party deposits — where someone else funds your account — are not permitted.
  • Jetago does not charge fees on deposits, but your mobile money provider may apply their own transaction charges.
  • Deposits made in error cannot always be reversed. Contact support immediately if you deposit the wrong amount.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your Jetago account are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect players from unauthorised withdrawals. Withdrawals are processed in BDT and typically complete within 15 minutes for verified accounts.

Before your first withdrawal is approved, Jetago requires identity verification. You will be asked to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and, in some cases, a selfie for comparison. This is a one-time process. Once your account is verified, subsequent withdrawals are processed without additional documentation unless Jetago has reason to request further verification.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance within your Jetago account. Real money funds are used first when placing bets. Bonus funds become available for wagering once your real money balance reaches zero. Winnings generated from bonus funds are credited to your bonus balance and remain subject to wagering requirements until those requirements are fully met.

  • Each bonus can only be claimed once per player, per household, and per payment method.
  • Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit specified for each bonus. Uncompleted bonuses expire automatically.
  • Jetago reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.

  • If Jetago determines that a bonus has been claimed through fraudulent means or in violation of these Terms, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

07 Gameplay Rules

All games available on the Jetago platform are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game. In the event of any conflict between a game's individual rules and these Terms, these Terms take precedence. Jetago uses certified random number generators for all games, and the outcomes of all games are final once confirmed by the game server.

If a game round is interrupted due to a technical fault — such as a disconnection or server error — Jetago will attempt to resolve the round based on the game state recorded on the server at the time of the interruption. If the game state cannot be recovered, the bet amount for that round will be returned to the player's account balance.

  • Bets placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled or reversed.
  • Jetago is not responsible for losses resulting from a player's own internet connection issues.
  • Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface.
  • Jetago reserves the right to void any bet that was placed as a result of a software error or pricing mistake.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the Jetago platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may result in legal action where applicable:

  • Registering more than one account or assisting another person in circumventing the one-account rule.
  • Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to place bets or interact with the platform.
  • Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage.
  • Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
  • Using the Jetago platform for any form of money laundering or financial fraud.
  • Providing false identity information or impersonating another person.

Zero Tolerance: Jetago has a zero-tolerance policy for fraud, cheating, and abuse. All suspicious activity is logged and reviewed. Confirmed violations result in permanent account closure with no right of appeal.

09 Account Suspension & Closure

Jetago reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if Jetago has reason to believe that the account is being used in violation of these Terms, applicable law, or in a manner that poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players.

Players may also request the closure of their own account at any time by contacting Jetago support. If you close your account voluntarily, any real money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to the standard withdrawal verification process. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

  • Accounts suspended for terms violations are not eligible for balance refunds until the investigation is complete.
  • Jetago will notify players of account closures via the email address registered to the account where possible.

12 Limitation of Liability

13 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Jetago holds its gaming licence. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through Jetago's internal complaints process may be referred to the relevant regulatory authority or an independent dispute resolution body as specified in Jetago's licence conditions.
